This website provides general information about Tower Home Service and ways to inquire about services. Information on the site is not a binding project agreement. Scope, scheduling, materials and payment terms are confirmed for each project.
Project availability depends on scope, permitting, licensing requirements and applicable law. THS only accepts work it can legally and safely perform; regulated or structural work requires the appropriate qualifications and approvals before proceeding. Same-day and emergency service depend on availability. For immediate danger, call 911.
Estimates and consultations are free. The minimum diagnostic/service call is $80 and is credited toward an approved repair. Estimate timing is generally targeted within about three days, depending on project requirements; it is not a guaranteed deadline.
Customers pay for project materials. Deposits may be required case-by-case, and larger projects may use progress payments. Final payment is due upon completion. Accepted methods are cash, check, Zelle, Venmo and Cash App.
We understand plans change. Please provide as much notice as possible for cancellations or rescheduling so we can adjust our schedule accordingly.
Workmanship warranty terms vary by project. Applicable manufacturer warranties apply to eligible products/materials. Your satisfaction matters to us. If there is an issue with our workmanship, contact us and we will work with you to make it right within the terms of your project-specific warranty.
